My name is Sharday, and I am a Chef in the culinary industry. I have been working in the restaurant world for over 10 years now! I have a love and passion for food that shines through when I cook. What I sell is my SKILLS and EXPERTISE.
I specialize in custom-made meals and protein execution (such as breaking down and cooking seafoods, beefs, chicken, lamb, venison, etc.) I use my knowledge to create a meal that is catered to your liking. I excel in Italian, Asian, Southern, and Mexican cuisines and creative dishes that are inspired by what I’ve learned over the years.
Meet Chef Avo And Flo, two students from The Culinary Institute of America, with 30 years combined experience as chefs! Chef Flo (aka: Lee) started cooking at age 7 for his family. Since then, his dream and ambition are to own a food truck and open a hotel/restaurant.
Chef Avo (aka: Amanda) grew to love cooking and applied for college and was accepted to the Culinary Institute of America. Her goals also include owning own a food truck. They both love cooking homemade meals from scratch. So, if you’re looking for real home cooked meals, that are original, look no further!

GFOOD is a marketplace app designed for foodies in search of homemade authentic cuisines. The app allows you to purchase or sell home-cooked meals. We connect the local community Foodies with food safety-certified Hosts (home cooks). Our Hosts prepare their specialty dishes right in their own homes, where they can offer to host a meal at their location OR the foodie can pick up fresh cuisine ready to go home with them. All of this happens right from the host’s home so the food is fresh and hot and ready to go!
Currently, we are operating only in the state of Texas. We plan to expand to other states soon.

GFOOD connects passionate home cooks with Foodies who are looking for unique homemade cuisine. As a host on GFOOD, you can set up your own hours, showcase your culinary creations, and earn money doing what you love.
A passion for cooking is our first requirement! We then require all GFOOD hosts to simply obtain an ANAB-Accredited, Texas DSHS-Approved food safety and hygiene certificate within 60 days of becoming a host. You can obtain your certificate at: https://www.360training.com/learn2serve/food-handler-training. (Note: There are other companies that offer this course as well – this is just one example.) *If you currently carry a food manufacturing license you are all set!
To become a Host-partner, please sign up on the GFOOD App. Once approved you will create a Host profile and menu. The GFOOD App provides support and assistance throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience, along with tips for your success!
Foodies pre-pay for their orders through the GFOOD app. Once the meal has been received by the Foodie, hosts are paid via direct deposit to their chosen account.
At GFOOD we respect the time our Hosts put into creating their cuisines.
We require the foodie to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date/time. If the foodie books a request within the 24-cancellation window, they may cancel without fee, if done so within 10 minutes of booking the request.
The host will earn 85% of all their sales. GFOOD takes a small commission, but we encourage our hosts to set competitive prices and offer unique dining experiences to attract more guests and earn more money.
The amount you can earn as a GFOOD Host depends on a variety of factors, including the number of meals you sell, your menu prices, and the number of guests you attract. We encourage hosts to set competitive prices and offer unique dining experiences to increase their earnings.
GFOOD will issue a 1099 Form to any host who earns over $600 per year. You will file this form with your yearly tax return.
We are a marketplace app, where individuals can buy and sell food without the need for a permit/license. GFOOD handles this part for you!
